The General Assembly (GA)
is the board of the EFNMSvzw with responsibility to approve and control all activities. The assembly is composed of one delegate from each National Society.
The Board of Directors (BoD)
is a permanent working group that supports the General Assembly and the Chairman in order to secure the continuity work of EFNMSvzw.
The Committees
are working groups launched by GA with a clearly specified task to develop or study specific business field related to maintenance or asset management. The National Societies will nominate the participants to the committees. The committees are responsible for distributing the outcome of their findings to the benefit of all National Societies.
The Experts Network
is a body of knowledge of experts from all over Europe imparting their expertise wherever and whenever needed.
